Always-on
From one-time audit to always-on defense.
AI answers shift with every model update and every competitor's content push. Monitoring re-runs your audit on a schedule, diffs each snapshot against the last, and tells you the moment something changes — before it costs you customers.
How it works
Three steps to the real answer.
01
Your audit re-runs on a schedule
A weekly deep report covers every engine and every tracked question with multiple runs each, so the numbers stay statistically meaningful.
02
Every snapshot is diffed
Each run is compared with the previous one. Movements inside the confidence band are ignored — only real changes are surfaced.
03
You hear about it the day it happens
Meaningful changes trigger an alert and roll into a digest, so nobody has to remember to log in and check.
What you get
Everything in Monitoring & Alerts.
Weekly deep report
The full audit across every engine we support — every tracked question, multiple runs, confidence bands, and a week-over-week diff delivered to your inbox.
Daily pulse
A lighter daily read on the engines you pick, so a sudden drop doesn't sit undetected for six days. Available on Pro and Agency.
Alerts that mean something
Score drops beyond the confidence band, sentiment flips, a new competitor appearing in your answers, or an AI crawler block showing up — not noise.
Email digests
A weekly digest summarising what moved and why, written to forward straight to a stakeholder who will never open the dashboard.
Trendlines on everything
Score, coverage, share of voice, sentiment and individual questions all become trends, which is the only way to prove that a fix worked.
Built for teams and agencies
Seats with viewer and editor roles, shareable report links, CSV exports, and white-label client reports on the Agency plan.
Why it matters
There is no page two in an AI answer.
Model updates rewrite answers overnight
A new model version can change which brands get named in your category without any action from you or your competitors.
Displacement is silent
Nothing notifies you when a rival takes a question you used to win. Without monitoring the first signal is usually a lost deal.
Regressions are common
A site migration or plugin update can reintroduce a crawler block months after you fixed it. Continuous checks catch the regression.

How often does monitoring run?
A weekly deep report on every plan, with an optional daily pulse on the engines you choose for Pro and Agency. You can also rescan manually at any time.
What triggers an alert?
A score drop that falls outside the confidence band, a sentiment flip, a new competitor entering your answers, or an AI crawler block appearing. We deliberately suppress movements that are statistically indistinguishable from noise.
Why is my score shown as a range?
AI answers vary run to run by design — ask the same question twice and you can get different brands. So every score ships with a 90% confidence band, and the deep report re-asks each question multiple times per engine. Anyone selling you a single number is guessing.
Can I monitor multiple brands or clients?
Yes. Plans include multiple projects, and the Agency plan adds white-label reports, unlimited seats and extra projects as add-ons.
Do I need monitoring, or is a one-time report enough?
Start with the free teardown and the one-time report to find out where you stand. Monitoring is for after you've fixed things and want to keep the position you earned.
Which engines do you audit?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews. The engine list shown on the homepage comes from what the deployment actually queries, so we never claim an engine that isn't really running.
