Refund Policy

If the deep rescan you paid for fails to complete, you get a full refund — no questions, no forms. Otherwise, you have a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

The $29 unlock is compute-on-purchase: the moment you pay, we run a deep rescan of your site — every buyer question, more runs per engine — and compile the full report. The cost to us is incurred immediately, which is why the guarantee is 7 days rather than open-ended. Within those 7 days, if the report wasn't worth it to you, tell us and we'll refund it.

If your paid deep rescan errors out, stalls, or produces no report, that purchase didn't deliver — email us and we'll either re-run it for free or refund it in full, your choice. This applies at any time, not just within the 7-day window.

Email support@getvisitd.com with your report link or the email you used at checkout. Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
