Terms of Service

Visitd is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("Visitd", "we", "us"). By using visitd — the website, the free teardown, the paid report, accounts and the public AI Visibility Index — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Visitd audits how visible a website is to AI answer engines. You submit a URL; we query AI engines with buyer-style questions about that site's category, measure who gets named and cited, and return a scored report. AI answers vary run to run by design — every score ships with a confidence band, and no result is a guarantee of how any engine will answer any person at any moment.

You may scan any publicly reachable website, including sites you don't own. You're responsible for making sure your use of scan results complies with the laws that apply to you.

The full report is a one-time purchase (currently $29 per scan, shown at checkout). Payment is processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record — Dodo handles the transaction, taxes and card data, and their terms also apply to the payment itself. We never see your card details.

Paying triggers real work: the moment you unlock, we run a deep rescan of your site — every question, more runs per engine — and compile the full report. Because compute is spent on unlock, refunds follow our refund policy: a full refund if the deep rescan fails to complete, and a 7-day money-back guarantee otherwise.

Scans persist. The domain scanned, its score and the audit results are retained and power the product — including the public AI Visibility Index, where scanned domains appear ranked by score, and aggregate statistics we publish (such as the share of sites blocking AI crawlers). Don't scan a site if you don't want its public AI visibility measured and listed. To have a domain removed from the public index, email support@getvisitd.com.

The full paid report is private to the purchaser and anyone they share their private report link with. The free teardown at a scan's public link is shareable by design.

You're responsible for your account credentials and for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service — including automated bulk scanning, attempts to circumvent the paywall, or use that degrades the service for others.

Don't: probe or disrupt the service's infrastructure; resell scan results as your own automated service; scrape the site at volume; or use Visitd to harass anyone. We rate-limit scans to keep the service fast for everyone.

The service is provided "as is". We measure what AI engines say at scan time; we don't control those engines, and we make no warranty that acting on a report will change any engine's answers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes belong to the courts of [JURISDICTION].
